My Pride And Joy Real Estate Investment...

Once again, I just got back from my trip back home in Cebu, Philippines on November 7, 2009. During my travel I have investigated and did some serious research for my Real Estate Investment Property. I have gathered a lot of ideas, suggestions, advices from Real Estate Developer and Investors. This is so exciting! And I never thought that I would own such a large area of land that I can create and make plans for upcoming project for this property. The land area of the mountain consist over 27 hectares (271,000 square meters). Currently, I am looking for Investors to develop the property. Oh..! How I wish I can bring the "Las Vegas Strip" to my property. You'll never know..? Well, I never thought I would own this size of a property so I guess anything is possible!

As I mentioned from my previous post that I will be showing you some images of the property that I acquired (my mountain). This property is located in between at the Hilltop of Bulacao and Lagtang, Talisay City, on the Island of Cebu, Philippines. Next to a Premier Subdivision called KRISHANTA Subdivision (developed by Aboitizland), VISTA GRANDE Subdivision adjacent to Sta. Lucia Elite Housing Development (developed by Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc.) and ALTA VISTA Subdivision. The area (property) consist of 27 hectares (271,000 square meters). Fresh air with a nice view of Talisay City, the sea and Bohol island. Only 5 minutes from SRP South entrance, 15-20 minutes to SM City Mall via SRP, 8 minutes to new Robinson Supermarket in Lawa-an and 12 minutes to Gaisano Fiesta Mall Tabunok. Schools and hospitals are a few minutes' drive away. It offers a relaxing view of the Cebu Coast while being only 35-minutes away from the Central Business District.
